Are you in need of a simple yet exciting cocktail to entertain your guests this Christmas weekend? Well, look no further! This minty fresh drink will have everyone feeling the warm spirit of the holiday.

  • 2.5 oz Champagne
  • 2.5 oz Cranberry Juice (can also use pomegranate juice)
  • 1 Tbsp. Pomegranate seeds
  • 1 Candy cane

Start by filling the champagne glass halfway with champagne

Next, fill the rest of the glass with the juice of your choice (I used cranberry, but pomegranate juice would taste great as well!)

Sprinkle in a tablespoon of pomegranate seeds (these are in season right now and are a delicious addition!)

Add the finishing touch – the candy cane! (as the peppermint settles into the drink you’ll get a refreshing minty taste with each sip)
