Turmeric Chick Pea Falafel With Simple Yogurt Dressing

Nutrition per portion

Ingredients
  • 1 can chick peas
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 large garlic clove
  • 2 Tbsp. Plain greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill
Method
  1. Add all ingredients up until garlic clove into a food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Take 1-2 Tbsp serving sizes of the falafel mixture and place onto prepared baking sheet
  3. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes on each or until light browning occurs
  4. To make the dressing just mix greek yogurt + cucumber + dill in a bowl
  5. Top falafel with yogurt mix, and enjoy with your favorite greens!
